MICRO-COACHING
Micro-coaching is a form of brief, accessible support designed to meet you in everyday moments — not in long sessions, but in small, intentional doses. Through my Instagram content, I share psychology-informed, trauma-aware reflections, questions, and practical tools you can use in daily life. These offerings are meant to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and conscious decision-making — especially when you feel overwhelmed, triggered, or unsure how to respond to what you’re experiencing. Micro-coaching is not about deep processing or personal guidance. It is about offering simple, grounded prompts that help you pause, orient yourself, and choose your next step with more clarity and self-compassion.
What micro-coaching includes
My micro-coaching content may include short reflective prompts, journaling questions, nervous-system-friendly practices, reframes, and practical reminders that help you relate to yourself differently in real time. These tools are designed to be used independently and adapted to your own context, capacity, and needs. They are especially helpful when you want support without committing to a session, when you need a gentle reset during a busy day, or when you are building self-leadership and emotional awareness on your own. You are free to engage with what resonates and leave what doesn’t. There is no pressure to “do it right” or apply everything. Micro-coaching is an invitation, not an obligation.
How micro-coaching is different from 1:1 coaching or therapy
Micro-coaching is educational and reflective, not personalised or interactive. It does not involve individual assessment, ongoing relationship, or tailored guidance, and it does not replace individual coaching or therapy. The content does not diagnose, treat, or process trauma or mental health conditions. If deeper or more personal support is needed, 1:1 coaching or therapy may be a better fit.
An ethical note
All micro-coaching content is shared in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics and within the scope of coaching. It is offered as general guidance for self-reflection and personal growth, not as individual coaching, therapy, or medical advice. If you are in acute distress or crisis, professional mental health support is strongly recommended.
