ABOUT KRISTE
I am an ICF-trained coach and completing my certification, due in May 2026. My work is grounded in the ICF Code of Ethics, including commitments to integrity, confidentiality, professional boundaries, client autonomy, and acting in the client’s best interest at all times.
My coaching is psychology‑informed and trauma‑aware, shaped by years of independent study, ongoing professional education, and participation in international psychotraumatology conferences. My work is not about diagnosing, treating, or fixing, but about supporting clients in developing self-understanding, clarity, and agency as they move toward meaningful future goals.
I do not diagnose, treat, or process trauma. Instead, I support clients in developing self‑understanding, clarity, agency, and internal resources, while remaining attentive to ethical limits. When deeper therapeutic work is needed, I work transparently and collaboratively, supporting clients in accessing appropriate support while ensuring they are not left without care.
My professional background is multidisciplinary and international. I have lived and worked in Lithuania, Sweden, Spain, and India, and I speak Lithuanian, English, and Spanish fluently. I bring experience from people‑centred, responsibility‑heavy environments including tourism, cultural institutions, financial services, and education. This has shaped my ability to work with complexity, cultural nuance, and real‑life challenges in a grounded and practical way.
I am deeply committed to ongoing personal and professional development, including long‑term therapeutic work, reflective and reflexive practice, supervision, and continued education. I believe ethical coaching requires not only training, but self‑awareness, emotional regulation, and accountability.
At the core of my work is one intention:
to help people understand themselves more deeply, so they can live with greater authenticity, clarity, and fulfillment.
Coaching with me is a space for thoughtful exploration, honest self-reflection, and conscious forward movement.
